Part -1 – Google Lead Ad Integration #

• Login in your autoresponder account.
• Click on Lead Management > Source Setting
• Click on Google Ad
• Make Lead source status “Active”
• If you want Lead details on Mobile make it “Yes” If Yes add your mobile numbers separated with commas (All the leads will be delivered on these numbers).
• Then click on Save Configuration
• Now Login in you Google ad account > Create new campaign > Click on campaign objective Leads > Select the campaign type
• Choose bidding method
• At Campaign Setting Level > Network > Location > Language Audience > Broad Match Keyword etc
• At Keywords and ads Level > Set Keywords
• Now click on ads and design your ads > Now put all the required data and and click on “LEAD FORMS“
• Go to lead delivery option put the webhook URL and key (Copy from Autoresponderz)
• At Budget Level > Set your campaign budget
• Now review and publish..!!!!!

Part – 2 – WhatsApp Integration and Template Creation #

To get Google Leads on your WhatsApp Number you have to follow below steps.

• Step – 1 – Check your WhatsApp Number whether its connected or not with Autoresponderz.com
• Step – 2 – Create Sales Account > Go to Sales Automation > Manage Team > Options > Add Sales Team (Add mobile number with 91)
• Step – 3 – Now go to marketing source > Click on Google
• Step – 4 – Configure Google Ad Account
• Step – 5 – Assign marketing source (Google) to the sales executive.
• Step – 6 – Go to create template > WhatsApp > Add template (Now read the instruction which are mentioned on the same page)
• Step – 7 – Create template > Give the name of the template, Template Text
• Step – 8 – Again go to create template > Click on leads on WhatsApp > Click on Add > Now choose the template and add.
• Thats it.!!!!

Part – 4 – How to create template instruction #

— You can use {name} tag in Autoresponder template and it will automatically replace with Lead's fullname.

— You can use following tags to dynamically replace content for “Leads On WhatsApp Template”. {source} => Source Code | {lead_fullname} => Lead Fullname | {lead_mobile} => Lead Mobile | {se_name} => Sales Executive Name

— You can use following tags to dynamically replace content for “Task On WhatsApp Template”. {task_name} => Task Name | {task_due_date} => Due Date
